CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients:


- 1 cup (200g) unsalted butter, at room temperature

- 2 cups (400g) confectioners' sugar

- 1/2 cup (120g) unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 4-6 tablespoons whole milk or heavy cream




Instructions:


1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy.

2. Gradually add the confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.

3. Add the cocoa powder and beat until well combined.

4. Beat in the vanilla extract.

5. Add the milk or heavy cream, starting with 4 tablespoons and adding more as needed, until the frosting reaches your desired consistency.

6. Beat the frosting for an additional 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.


Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature before using.


You can adjust the consistency and flavor to your liking, and also add other ingredients like melted chocolate or nuts to enhance the flavor. Enjoy
